A free educational seminar on bankruptcy will be conducted by attorney Mark L. Miller from 6 to 7 p.m. July 18 in the auditorium of the Central Library, 820 E St.

To be covered are what going bankrupt really means, when one should apply for bankruptcy and recent changes in bankruptcy laws. The lawyer will answer questions raised by participants.

Miller is a member of the California Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, North County Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is licensed in all state and federal courts of California.
