Hayes, a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame, began his career with the San Diego Rockets. Newman, Soccers coach from 1980 to 1994, is the most winning professional coach in American soccer. Reynolds made Olympic yachting history as a consecutive four-time representative in the same event.
