Benassi has been a partner in intellectual property law for 20 years. *** U.S. Bank has appointed Gary Housman as commercial banking manager. *** Charles H. Dick Jr. has succeeded Ali M. M. Mojdehi as managing partner at the San Diego office of Baker & McKenzie. Dick will continue as chair of the office's Litigation Practice Group and will serve on Baker & McKenzie's firm-wide Policy Committee as well as its North American management team. *** Janet G. Brisco is the new v.p., senior trust and financial advisor for the San Diego private client services division at Wells Fargo. Brisco has been with the company for more than two years. ***

Russell was previously president and CEO of Lynx Therapeutics Inc. *** Joining Callaway Golf Co. as executive director of the firm’s foundation and director of its global community affairs is Paul B. Thompson. Ian B. Rowden has been appointed executive v.p. Thompson last worked as president and CEO of Project Concern International in San Diego.
