In 2003, San Diego Metropolitan will honor 40 San Diegans under 40 years old for their professional success and community involvement. We seek nominations for this prestigious award.

Completed nomination forms must be received at San Diego Metropolitan by June 13, 2003:
There will be absolutely no exceptions to this deadline.
Forms must be mailed or delivered to San Diego Metropolitan. An online version is
available at www.sandiegometro.com. Faxed forms will not be accepted.
Nominees must be 39 or younger as of Sept. 15, 2003.
Nomination forms must be answered completely. Attachments are allowed, but must be brief.
(Attachments are fine but information still must be summarized on nomination form.)
Forms that lack required information will be disqualified.
