With the front unit zoned live/work, Victorian House mixes retail and commercial in the 7,390-square-foot project at 1632 Union St. Previously on the property was a Victorian house protected by historic designation, but in a state of disrepair. Developer Marcello Buon Tempo was permitted to replace the structure with another that would preserve the era. The facade will feature clapboard and scalloped shingles. Inside are hardwood floors and Victorian fixtures. Roy Johnson is the architect with Michael-Allen Builders as general contractor. The units range in size from 932 square feet, with an asking price of $375,000, to 1,158 square feet for $575,000.
