    Duane Dubbs II, director, founded Windmill Construction Co. Inc. in 1973, which is involved exclusively with projects in eastern San Diego County. He also is a board member of the Lakeside Design Review Board.

    Bruce Ives is the bank’s president and CEO.

    Donald Jennings, director, is the president of D.B. Jennings Inc., an investment management firm.

    Richard Levenson, director, is the senior vice president of Western Financial Corp. Before joining Western Financial, Levenson managed more than $40 million in equity securities and options for a private investor.

    Thomas Page, chairman, is a director of Leap Wireless and former chair of Enova Corp. and San Diego Gas and Electric Co.

    James Salvatore, director, is the owner of Salvatore Construction and Sal’s Plumbing and Hardware.

    Ernest Shaw, secretary, is a retired physician and clinical professor of cardiology at UCSD.
