Beginning May 13, the Downtown Residential Marketing Alliance will host a series of seminars to inform potential residents of the benefits of living in Downtown San Diego. The four wine and cheese seminars are titled “Design,” “Dollars,” “Destinations” and “Dailies.”

Design kicks off the series May 13, offering advice from interior designers and professional organizers on ways to transition from a larger home and decorate a new urban abode.

On May 27, financial specialists and local lenders will help prospective Downtown buyers find residences that fit their budgets and financial plans and discuss the benefits of current low interest rates at the Dollars seminar.

The Destinations seminar on June 10 will focus on the culture and entertainment options surrounding Downtown neighborhoods.

The series wraps up on June 24 with the Dailies seminar, featuring local businesses and retail experts speaking about existing and upcoming amenities and services available to Downtown residents.
