Every weekday for three hours, the lobby of the third floor at 13520 Evening Creek Drive North, in Sabre Springs, is a hive of activity. That space is the studio from which business and financial expert Ray Lucia dispenses advice and answers call-in questions.

His Business Talk Radio Network program, “The Ray Lucia Show,” airs in 60 markets. It is heard in San Diego on tape delay from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. daily on San Diego’s KPOP-AM 1360; and on Sundays from 8 to 9 a.m. on KOGO-AM 600.

Lucia has been a tenant in that six-story-building since it, and its twin next door, opened in January. The buildings bear the name of the owner, Legacy Sabre Springs LLC, and together contain 281,830 rentable square feet. The long-range plan calls for another building at the site.

Six tenants occupy the 13520 building, including the Raymond J. Lucia Cos. and Bank of America. The entire building at 13500 Evening Creek Drive North is available for rental. The combined buildings have 1,173 parking spaces and several attractive amenities.

Tenants have for their use a sand volleyball court, a two-mile par life fitness track with various exercise stations along the trail, building lobbies and sixth floor balconies.
