Three Community National Bank managers were promoted to v.p. positions. They are Bobbi V. Ballwey, Thomas M. Cheek and Jean Westerhold. Ballwey, a 22-year banking veteran who joined the Community National in 2004, opened its 10th branch in Muirretia this year. Cheek, in banking 12 years, has been at this job since 2003, and Westerhold, an employee since 2001, has 33 years of banking experience.
