Qualcomm Inc. appointed Richard Sulpizio as president for MediaFLO, including MediaFLO USA Inc. and MediaFLO Technologies. Sulpizio was president and COO of Qualcomm from 1998 to 2001. During his 10 years with the company, he also served as president of Qualcomm Wireless Business Solutions and v.p. of information systems. He recently served as interim president of Qualcomm China.

San Diego litigator Regina Petty joined the board of the national Minority Corporate Counsel Association. An attorney for 22 years, she is a partner with Wilson Petty Kosmo & Turner.
