What are your hobbies or relaxations?

I have a passion for golf. Most memorable was a golf vacation with son in Kauai for my 50th birthday. Ten days of golf in paradise with the opportunity to bond and enjoy each other.

Did you ever have a mentor and what did he/she teach you?

My mentor was Harvey Williamson, who was one of the youngest presidents of a community bank in California. The lesson learned was to surround myself with the best staff possible and empower them to make decisions.
