I have been lucky enough to have a few great mentors. Honesty, work hard, work smart, keeping a low profile, and no matter how bad something appears to be, there is always worse pain.

Struggle with cost controls.

What keeps you up at night?

I don’t have a particular worry; there’s the economy, and the strategy of developing this new form of banking.
