Rick Hoffman was named president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in San Diego/Inland Empire. After selling his successful Coldwell Banker Associates Realty last year to NRT Inc., parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Hoffman was a senior v.p. of the firm’s Inland Empire offices. He replaces Jill Morrow, who held the position for four years.

Rees previously served as the chamber’s director of development and marketing and was acting CEO prior to her appointment. Gessner is a 30-year industry professional and this is his return to the center. Before 1996, he was event services director and helped organize the opening of the original center in 1989. He most recently was general manager at West World of Scottsdale, and he is the former deputy general manager of the 360-acre Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack. Before her promotion, Snyder was senior event manager. She has worked for the center for 13 years.
