John Harelson

Torrey Pines Bank has appointed v.p. John Harelson as the manager who will soon open its Carlsbad office in a 7,920-square-foot space in the Bressi Ranch development. While the space will be new, the market isn’t. As a commercial lender, Harelson has been growing the bank's market share in Carlsbad, Vista and San Marcos since 2004. As a civic activist, he serves with the Carlsbad Boys and Girls Club and recently was cited as Volunteer of the Year by the North County Philanthropic Council.

Rachel Collins, director of sales for Pardee Homes, was named Sales Manager of the Year at the 2006 SAM Awards. The annual marketing awards gala honors the San Diego homebuilding industry and is hosted by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association of San Diego County. Collins has been Pardee’s sales director for 14 years and has 25 years of experience in the industry.
