If the success of an event is measured by the quality of its participants, the San Diego Venture Group should hit a home run with its fourth annual Venture Summit set for June 28 at Downtown’s Omni Hotel. Mike Moritz of Sequoia Capital and Franklin “Pitch” Johnson of Asset Management Co. will talk at a breakfast session, which will be followed by a 20-minute “power networking coffee break.” Between 9:20 and 10:30 a.m., life science and technology industry panels will be presented.
