The perfect day would consist of spending time with family and friends. Good food is always required.

Did you ever have a mentor and what did he/she teach you?

Without question, my father was my mentor growing up. As a native San Diegan, I grew up in a family-owned dry cleaning plant, watching my parents work hard, sometimes seven days a week. Growing up, I learned to always treat people fairly, remain positive no matter what, and save for a "rainy day." My kids are being taught these same lessons.
