Pardee Homes named Anthony P. “Tony” Dolim senior v.p. of finance and promoted Chris Hallman to senior v.p. and legal counsel. Dolim, who joins Pardee from Newland Communities of San Diego, will succeed Bill Bryan when he retires in April. Formerly Pardee’s senior legal counsel, Hallman will succeed David Scoll, who is also retiring in April.
