A focus of interest for two years, the most anticipated building in the heart of centrally located Kearny Mesa will open in May. Sunroad Centrum I, at 11 stories and 275,000 square feet, is both a landmark and a milestone for San Diego. It is among the city’s first LEED-certified, Class A office high-rises as well as the first Class A office tower in Kearny Mesa.
Complementing its reconfigured size and panoramic views is a design that sets Sunroad Centrum I apart from any project for miles. Designed by BPA Architecture Planning Interiors, the structure features a glass and rough-cut stone exterior with interweaving metal detailing. The building is capped by its signature swooping rooftop. The project focal point is a 45-foot-tall sculpture by Leonardo Nierman, commissioned specifically for the site.
Sunroad Centrum I includes subterranean parking and along with easy freeway access, outstanding signage and visibility. For leasing information, call Mark Wayne at Cushman & Wakefield, (858) 452-6500.
