In 2008, San Diego Metropolitan will honor 40 San Diegans under 40 years of age for their professional successes and community involvement. We seek nominations for this prestigious, eighth annual award.

• Completed nomination forms must be received at San Diego Metropolitan by May 30, 2008. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this deadline.
• Nominees must be 39 or younger as of Sept. 25, 2008.
• Nomination forms must be answered completely. Forms that lack required information will be disqualified.
• Name and address of person submitting nomination must be provided.
