TW2 Marketing Welcomes Jessica Miller as Marketing Specialist

TW2 Marketing, a leading San Diego-based marketing and public relations firm, announces that Jessica Miller has joined the firm as a marketing specialist.
In her role, Miller will support TW2’s clients through strategic content development, campaign planning and execution, media outreach and digital marketing initiatives. She will contribute to brand messaging, oversee multi-channel marketing efforts and help ensure alignment between strategy and execution across social, email and PR campaigns.

Taste of College Area Returns September 28 with Trolley Rides To Each Taste

Calling all foodies! The College Area Business District is excited to host the Taste of College Area for its second year on Sunday, September 28 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. This self-guided tasting tour invites guests to explore the diverse and ever-evolving culinary scene of the College Area, while enjoying convenient trolley rides to each stop for added fun.
“We are excited to bring back this event to celebrate the people and businesses that make the College Area so special.” said Jim Schneider, the Executive Director of the College Area Business District. “The Taste of College Area offers an invitation to Greater San Diego to come discover hidden gems and explore the diverse and eclectic culinary side of the College Area as never before.”
Guests will sample a diverse lineup of flavors, from globally inspired dishes to sweet treats and artisan coffee, served by some of the College Area’s most buzzworthy eateries. During the self-guided tour, attendees can stroll through the neighborhood and sample signature bites from local favorites like Scrimshaw Coffee, SciEats, The Luau, The Mesa Bar & Grill and other lesser known treasures that showcase the area’s vibrant food scene. This year, the event will showcase many new College Area eateries, adding fresh flavors and exciting new stops to the culinary adventure.

La Jolla Music Society (LJMS)’ annual SummerFest comes to a glittering close in its fourth week with concerts including “Book of Ayres” with renowned jazz singer Cécile McLorin Salvant, a celebration of American percussive dance featuring Caleb Teicher and Nic Gareiss, and four more concerts. Finally, the thrilling culmination of four weeks of concerts comes in the finale, “Starburst.”
SummerFest returns to The Conrad through August 23, 2025, bringing the finest chamber musicians in the world to La Jolla for four weeks of glorious concerts. Returning in his seventh year, Music Director Inon Barnatan has created an exciting program on the theme “Milestones,”celebrating the breakthroughs, turning points, and quiet revolutions that shape both an artist and their art.
