Catherine R. Henin-Clark joins Hahn Loeser & Parks

Catherine R. Henin-Clark, an internationally known immigration and nationality lawyer, has joined Hahn Loeser & Parks. Her law firm Catherne R. Henin-Clark, P.A. became part of Hahn Law on February 2, 2026.

She was born in Madagascar and raised in Paris. She has more than 35 years of experience in immigration law. She graduated as Valedictorian from the prestigious University of Paris Pantheon-Assas, prior to earning her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

Her experience spans both nonimmigrant (temporary) and immigrant (permanent/green card) visa matters, representing investors, intra-company transferees, extraordinary ability professionals, athletes, artists, scientists and other skilled foreign nationals and their U.S. employers. She is known to undertake complex matters, including previously denied immigration cases toward a successful conclusion.

Attorney Gabrielle Masse and Associate Rosa C Melia-Acevedo are also joining Hahn Law as part of the Henin-Clark team. Masse is a graduate of the UC Irvine School of Law with magna cum laude honors. Prior to joining Henin-Clark she was legal counsel at Saputo, Inc. an iconic global brand headquartered in her hometown of Montreal. She is admitted to practice in California and Quebec. Melia-Acevedo focuses her practice on immigration and nationality law. She is a graduate of the Catholic University of America with her law degree earned at Florida Coastal School of Law.

Sacramento Report: San Diego Business Executives Visited Sacramento. Labor Leaders Wanted None of It

San Diego’s business executives trekked up to the City of Trees this week to advocate for policies that make housing easier to build. Their visit was met with fanfare.

Labor leaders urged San Diego councilmembers to not attend the San Diego Regional Chamber’s annual event in Sacramento this week over job postings the organization listed on its website for a company that operates immigration detention centers.

The chamber is a key political organization that acts on behalf of San Diego’s businesses, both large and small, in Sacramento and Washington. Business leaders and elected officials join the two-day trip to Sacramento to discuss the chamber’s legislative priorities.
